This sample letter to the editor provides a template for addressing sexual violence on college campuses for local or campus media outlets. This letter can be customized or used generically as a media advocacy tool during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
Reporting on sexual violence is a difficult task and we appreciate the media’s commitment to doing so with integrity. The NSVRC created a packet for journalists about reporting on sexual violence.
