Join advocates, activists, survivors, and supporters taking part in Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) this April through the #30DaysofSAAM challenge on Instagram.
Each day in April features a prompt designed to inspire creative ways to raise awareness, share resources, educate your community, and spark conversations about preventing sexual violence. Whether you participate once or every day, your voice helps strengthen the movement.
Download the #30DaysofSAAM 2026 calendar to see all 30 prompts and start planning your posts. Choose the prompts that inspire you and participate at a pace that works for you. You don’t have to complete all 30 days to join the conversation.
Participants will also have the chance to win prizes throughout the month.
How to participate
- Download the #30DaysofSAAM calendar.
- Create an original Instagram post inspired by the daily prompt.
- Tag @NSVRC and include #30DaysofSAAM2026 and the prompt hashtag (for example, #Day1).
A winner will be selected each day and featured on NSVRC’s Instagram account.
Prizes
Daily Prize
Each day, one participant will receive a $25 Etsy gift card, and their post will be featured on NSVRC’s account.
Grand Prize
Participants can enter the grand prize drawing by either:
- Posting every Tuesday in April, or
- Posting every day in April (entries will be counted twice).
The grand prize is a $250 Etsy gift card.
