Dr. Campbell — one of the nation’s foremost experts on sexual assault — also talks about how these “risk factors” could apply to other jurisdictions. These are among the first findings to come in on NIJ’s action-research projects in Houston and Detroit to study the issue of unsubmitted evidence in sexual assault cases.
