For part 2 of our discussion of program expansion we wanted to focus on a more general program expansion worksheet that organizes basic information about your program and how it relates to the capacity of the larger parent organization. This tool is meant to help users clarify the types of services they’d realistically be able to add, how it might impact program census data and identify potential obstacles for expansion (like lack of administrative support for adding new patient populations). As with the rest of the SANE Sustainability app, the program expansion section also contains an overview document with links to some of the necessary resources for caring for an expanded patient population.
