Final planning and preparations for #NSAC2014 (less than a week away!) are in full-swing, but I’m here to talk about another exciting opportunity taking place this August.

Chances are you’ve heard us spreading the word about the National Sexual Assault Conference. This prevention palooza is right around the corner.

I find myself struggling with the opposite of writer’s block lately. It’s the sort of catch-22 when there’s so much out there to comment on, you don’t quite know where to begin. Media literacy is vital to the activist’s tool box, but in a media driven culture it’s exhausting to keep up with the outrage.

Sexual assault awareness month has passed, but the topic of healthy sexuality is still in full bloom.

April comes and goes quickly in the world of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This year was particularly exciting as new voices, allies and partners helped to spread the word about SAAM. To close out this year’s campaign, it’s time to look back at an amazing month of activities and look forward with a vision for what’s ahead.
