Arte Sana
Arte Sana (art heals) is "a nonprofit agency for underserved survivors of gender and racial violence that promotes healing and empowerment through the arts and community education." Their bilingual website displays activist survivor art and provides information in English and Spanish / español on sexual assault and intimate partner violence. Arte Sana offers focus group tested PSA development, Spanish language outreach materials, and art campaign support. In 2003, Arte Sana created the "Sexual Assault Awareness Month Bilingual Toolkit” for promoting outreach to the Latino community.
This toolkit, available on the Arte Sana website, includes sections on:

Operation Freefall
Operation Freefall ia a joint project of Speaking Out About Rape (SOAR) and the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN). Operation Freefall holds an annual national U.S. public awareness/ fundraising event to celebrate SAAM. Operation Freefall started when Kellie Greene chose to skydive on the anniversary of her rape; she jumped from an airplane as a way to reclaim "the day that had been taken from her, reviving her own courageous spirit and turning what had been a dreaded memorial into an anticipated celebration."

National Crime Victims' Rights Week
Each year the Office for Victims of Crime helps lead communities across the country in their observances of National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW). The annual commemoration promotes victims' rights and services in all sectors of our society.

National Youth Violence Prevention Campaign
The National Youth Violence Prevention Campaign, was founded by National Association of Students Against Violence Everywhere (S.A.V.E.) and The Guidance Group to raise awareness among students, teachers, school administrators, counselors, school resource officers, school staff, parents, and the public on effective ways to prevent or reduce youth violence. The Campaign holds an annual National Youth Violence Prevention Week (March 23-27, 2009). Each day of the week focuses on a specific violence prevention strategy: promoting respect and tolerance, managing anger, resolving conflicts peacefully, supporting safety, and uniting in action.
