This report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children focuses on a representative national sample of arrested offenders who possessed child pornography. The report includes major findings and conclusions from this sample and recommendations and resources for law-enforcement and prosecutors.
The article briefly discusses the data results gathered from interviews of women revealing that women who experienced any type of sexual abuse in their childhood were roughly three times more likely than unabused girls to report drug dependence as adults.
