Sandusky," this document presents the findings and recommendations from and independent investigation by Louis Freeh and his law firm, Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, LLP, into the facts and circumstances of the actions of The Pennsylvania State University surrounding the child abuse committed by Jerry Sandusky.

Campus Blueprint to Address Sexual Assault

In January 1998, following the seizure of GHB near a college campus, the Office of the Attorney General convened the Emergency Campus Summit on Date Rape Drugs. Summit participants - including representatives from colleges, law enforcement, rape crisis centers, students groups, public agencies and the medical professions - discussed ways to prevent the influx of date-rape drugs from becoming a crisis. Averting the Crisis arose out of those discussions. This report contains a number of materials to help you act on this important issue.
