CONNSACS partnership with OVC, the National Alliance to End Sexual Violence (NAESV) and the sexual assault victim services field to address a key barrier that keeps many victims from coming forward for assistance:  Privacy.  They seek to develop capacity of community-based rape crisis victim advocates and statewide sexual assault coalition professionals to advance victims’ right to privacy and improve confidential victim services.
