4 Week Women Only Self Defense Program. We meet every Saturday starting April 16th, 2011 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm (90 minutes) The workshop will focuse on common attacks women encounter. You will learn combatives including punches, palm heel strikes, elbows, knees and kicks. Self defense techniques will include defenses against hair grabs, chokes on the floor, bear hugs, chokes from the front, chokes from the behind, choke from the side and several other techniques. These workshops are taught by our senior insrustor Jeannie Vukotic.
