Research shows that sexual violence can jeopardize housing options for many victims and survivors. Additionally, research has found that a lack of affordable, safe housing can create risk factors for both sexual violence victimization and perpetration. This webinar will draw from available research and discuss the interconnectedness of sexual violence and housing especially in rural areas. Participants will have an opportunity to hear how the Spectrum of Prevention can be used as a blueprint for community-based housing advocacy strategies.
