United States-based and foreign non-profit, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and institutions of higher education are eligible to apply.
The first stage of competition begins with this solicitation for a two-page Statements of Interest (SOI) from eligible organizations interested in submitting proposals for projects that address the country-specific requirements identified in this solicitation, which are based on the 2013 Trafficking in Persons Report (TIP Report). In the second stage of competition, the TIP Office will invite selected applicants to submit full proposals that expand upon their capability to perform the project proposed in their SOI.
