The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) seeks a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for its Victims Services Department. The Training and Technical Assistance Specialist works with our network of community programs; researches scholarship on domestic violence issues; seeks out best practices for working with victims; responds to requests for assistance from the field and develops training programs and materials. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of recent relevant experience or five years recent relevant experience. We are looking for applicants to show their understanding of the importance of economic justice in the lives of domestic violence victims, through safe and affordable housing, public benefits, and career empowerment. Additional experience with child protective services, elder abuse, persons with disabilities and the impact of domestic violence on children is very desirable.
