The Sexuality Education Training & TA Manager will be primarily responsible for large-scale, in-depth and multi-year project management within Answer's training department. Primary areas of responsibility include scaling up Answer's online learning portfolio; executing Answer's on-going technical assistance contracts; implementing trainings on sexual health topics nationwide; managing the implementation and replication of the Training Institute in Sexual Health Education (TISHE); creating new products/projects aligned with Answer's new strategic plan; and managing the overall evaluation efforts of Answer's training department.

Ideal candidates for this position will share a deep commitment to Answer’s mission and have project management experience, experience working with public schools and/or public health arenas. A bachelor's degree is required and a Master's degree in sexuality education, human sexuality, education or related field is preferred. At least two years of experience training adult professionals about sexuality is required, as is at least five years of experience teaching teens or children. The position also requires a demonstrated understanding of thepedagogy of effective online learning for adults and mastery of online learning platforms for webinars (WebEx, Adobe Connect, etc.) and online workshops (E-College, Pearson Connect, etc.). Exceptional teaching and training skills, judgement and writing skills are also required. Understanding of pedagogy, evaluation, research methods and strong writing skills required as well as ability to travel. Comfort with issues related to adolescent sexuality and ability to work with and respect diversity with teens and adults who may hold many different points of view are essential.
