Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Health Promotions provides individual support services and crisis response care for sexual assault and helps design and support departmental wellness initiatives and programming at Dartmouth. • Training in sexual assault and relationship violence • Proven record of successful educational outreach and program delivery, preferably in a college setting • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Sound judgment, initiative and discretion, and willingness to accept feedback from peers and supervisors • Excellent communication, collaboration, listening and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to foster positive and productive relationships with all campus constituencies, including students, administrators and faculty • Familiarity with the Dartmouth Committee on Standards procedures and legal options for survivors of sexual assault • Demonstrated cultural competence and proven effectiveness in serving the sexual abuse and relationship violence education and service needs of a diverse undergraduate and graduate student population • Ability to work nights and weekends for on-call responsibilities • Ability to live on campus • Experience as a first-responder to sexual assault • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality • Experience working in a complex organization and an understanding or larger institutional goals and objectives • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s Degree preferred
