The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) seeks a Policy Specialist for its Public Affairs Department. The Policy Specialist leads and coordinates the development and advocacy of PCADV's Policy agenda, both in legislation as well as through broader public policy and systems advocacy arenas. The Policy Specialist works with PCADV staff, member programs, committees, board members, the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) as well as allied organizations, grassroots coalitions, and government officials to advance the development of and advocacy for PCADV's Policy agenda. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree and have a minimum of three years of experience in policy, systems advocacy or government relations. Knowledge of work with victims of domestic violence a plus.
