As a member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the financial welfare and quality of the victim service programs (ACCESS-York and Victim Assistance Center). The Managing Director will advance victim service programs by providing strategic leadership to staff, securing funding, and developing new services and partnerships. Additional functions will include serving as the spokesperson for ACCESS-York and Victim Assistance Center within the community and serving as an advocate for the victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other forms of violent crimes.
