Client Services Director
Candidates should have experience working with survivors of sexual violence, providing crisis intervention, and demonstrate cultural awareness, sensitivity and competency. Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work or other related field three years’ experience in sexual assault services, counseling or related field.

The Orange County Rape Crisis Center is seeking to fill the full-time position of Client Services Director. This position works closely with the Executive Director to determine programmatic needs and maintain agency operations while providing staff and programmatic management for the Center’s Crisis Response, Latin@ Services, In-House Therapy and Support Group programs. The Client Services Directors provides clinical support for the agency, staff and volunteers.
