Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills; experience with grant writing, foundation proposals and other fundraising; demonstrated effectiveness in building coalitions and/or working on multi-disciplinary teams and with people of diverse backgrounds; experience managing, leading and supervising staff and/or volunteers; and cultural awareness, sensitivity and competency. Master's degree or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience required. Five years of administrative experience in a nonprofit agency and experience working with issues of sexual or domestic violence preferred.
