Requirements:

• Knowledge of and/or sensitivity to sexual violence and issues specific to the adolescents/children.
• Knowledge and/or experience working with adolescents/children.
• Demonstrated ability in public speaking and/or training.
• The ability to work cooperatively with different personalities and individuals of diverse racial/economic/cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability in time and resource management.
• Demonstrated ability in organizational skills, including program planning, development, and evaluation.
• Demonstrated skills in oral and written communications.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or two years of relevant working experience preferred.
