Movement loses an advocate, friend and mentor: Gail Burns-Smith

On September 5, 2009 Gail Burns-Smith passed away unexpectedly at her home. She was a founding board member of the National Sexual Violence Resource Center and a tireless advocate for sexual assault survivors and those working to end sexual violence. For more information about her life and accomplishments click here.
