Recently, the National Sexual Violence Resource Centerparticipated in a Roundtable on Sexual Violence in America. The Office on Violence Against Women, the White House Council on Women and Girls, and Lynn Rosenthal, White House Advisor on Violence Against Women,
co-hosted this event. The discussion was a unique opportunity for more than 60 survivors and experts representing a wide range of disciplines and governmental agencies.
Delilah Rumburg, CEO of Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape/National Sexual Violence Resource Center, represented the NSVRC at this first of a series of meetings that will be held across the country to develop strategies for ending sexual violence and targeting the attitudes that condone it. The NSVRC is excited about this opportunity and wants to hear your opinions. Join our Facebook page to share your ideas.
