Building Healthy Futures III

The Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance is excited to sponsor a 3-day conference addressing the primary prevention of sexual and intimate partner violence (SV/IPV). This conference will showcase innovative primary prevention projects from across North America, as well as highlight Virginia-based prevention initiatives. Our national speakers will showcase programs and concepts consistent with promising practices in the primary prevention of SV/IPV. In practice, the primary prevention of SV/IPV means promoting the factors associated with healthy relationships and healthy sexuality, and counteracting the factors associated with first-time perpetration.
