Fight Like A Girl / Self Defense Class for Women

This class will benefit The Shenandoah Women's Center. The cost is $20.00 for a 3 hour women's self defense class taught by a Certified Instructor. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month & this is one way Instinctive Defense, LLC is trying to make a difference. We need to create awareness !! This class will include videos, hands on techniques & valuable information on date rape drugs and how to be more aware of your surroundings. You will be put in the worse positions & taught how to escape them. You will be able to use the techniques on a mock "bad guy". This will ensure you are doing the techniques correctly, create confidence & better prepare you mentally if ever attacked. It's best to practice in a safe environment, not walk around "without" a plan! Limited space ! You must pre-register.
