Ms. Fulwyler is the Chief Financial Officer for a tribal consortium nonprofit agency that funds health and human services programs for small tribes in southwest Washington. She also helps nonprofit organizations develop entrepreneurial activities to generate unrestricted income to support their direct service programs. Ms. Fulwyler has 30 years of leadership experience with community-based organizations. She consults on topics such as nonprofit board development, public and private resource management, and staff motivation. She also is a consultant for community planning meetings.
