This event is to raise awareness and educate citizens and professionals on the topic of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Northwest Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault is excited to bring in international speaker Lt. Mark Hunter and other guest speakers Marty Wallace, Kirsten Faisal, Laura Roan and Meg Bessman – Quintero to speak about the different topics of domestic violence and sexual assault. Presentations will cover aspects such as the churches, communities and police officers responses to cases of domestic violence and sexual assault.
