SVRI Workshop on Researcher Trauma, Safety and Sexual Violence Research, 20-21st July, Medical Research Council, Pretoria, South Africa:

SVRI would like to invite you to a workshop on researcher trauma, safety and sexual violence research. Key aims of the workshop are to: develop awareness of and responsiveness to researcher trauma; model protective behaviours; share personal strategies and assist with the development of self care strategies; facilitate discussion of this issue, and inform the development of guidelines for the care and support of researchers working on sexual violence. Accommodation and travel costs are to be covered by the participant.

To inform this discussion, a briefing paper has been prepared.
