New York City's Sexual Assault Kit Backlog Project: Lessons Learned

Hear from the Chief of the Manhattan District Attorney's Sex Crimes Unit about New York City’s “Backlog Project,” through which 17,000 previously-unexamined sexual assault evidence kits were outsourced for DNA analysis.
