The Missing and Exploited Children’s Program (MECP) invites you to participate in September’s webinar, entitled “Finding Services for Runaway and Homeless Victims of Human Trafficking”. MECP’s monthly webinar will spotlight the connections between runaway and homeless youth and child exploitation. Participants will learn about the needs, issues and challenges in serving runaway and homeless youth. TC Cassidy, from The University of Oklahoma’s Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center (RHYTAC), will identify runaway and youth (RHY) programs funded by the Family and Youth Service Bureau (FYSB). Participants will discover how these community agencies are addressing the special needs of RHY including victim-survivors of trafficking; how to locate a FYSB funded Runaway and Homeless Youth program in your area; what services each of the FYSB funded RHY program types provides; and, who is eligible to receive services through FYSB funded RHY programs.**Please Note: This webinar is a prerecorded presentation available for view and download upon registration.
