The Goodman Center, a favorite resource for presentation info, is holding a free webinarJuly 17th from 9-10 am Pacific, on the results of their national survey on using teleconferences, videoconferences, and webinars instead of in-person meetings and conferences. It should be a great session, since they are focused on what is gained, and lost, when we use these new technologies. Since many of us have moved to this format in an attempt to save money and potentially reach larger audiences, I'm particularly looking forward to hearing about their findings.
Space is limited and the course will probably fill quickly, so I encourage you to sign up soon if you're interested. As an added bonus, you will also get a free copy of their report, “Dialing In, Logging On, and Nodding Off: The True Costs of Teleconferences, Videoconferences, and Webinars.” I just got my copy (I participated in the survey, so I received one for my efforts). Haven't read it yet, but it's a long flight home from Boise to Cleveland...
BTW--we're back tomorrow with an all new Coordinator Q&A!
